How to handle your premature ejaculation problems with Kegel exercises
Posted by admin on April 6th, 2008 filed in Male enhancement articlesPremature ejaculation is a common problem especially among young, sexually inexperienced men. An estimated 20 to 30 % of young men suffer from severe premature ejaculation - loosely defined as reaching orgasms under 20 seconds. The main cause for premature ejaculation is anxiety and tension resulting in an inability to remain calm. Can this be prevented or controlled? Yes and one of the many ways to prevent early ejaculation is by using the Kegel exercises.
Commonly Kegel exercises are used to improve sexual health in men. But these exercises can also strengthen and control the PC muscles - the muscles that control your ejaculations. Thus if you are able to control your PC muscles, you are able to control your ejaculations.
But where are the PC muscles? They are actually your pelvic floor muscles with the most prominent being the sphincter muscles around the anus and bladder. You know where those muscles are when you try to squeeze off urinating. Doing kegels with your fully erected penis will give good results.
After finding the PC muscles you can start doing simple kegels exercises to strengthen them. There are different sets of exercises you can do. Select the one that is best suited for you and do it regularly. Always keep in mind that you should keep your other muscles relaxed.
Some kegel exercises are given below:
1. Clench your PC muscle for a 10-second period. Then take a 10-second break. Perform it three times, and then take a 30-second break.
2. Clench and unclench the muscles for 5 seconds with 5 second breaks. Do this for 10 times.
3. Tighten your PC muscle for 30 seconds and release for 30 seconds. Do this thrice per day.
4. Repeat the first step again.
Here’s another routine you can try :-
1. Tighten your muscle and hold for 5 seconds, and release. Repeat 10 times.
2. Then squeeze and release the muscle 10 times quickly. Repeat it 3 times.
3. After that tighten and release your PC muscle in long and short intervals 10 seconds. Repeat it 3 times.
4. Then Squeeze your muscle and hold it for as long as you can. Take a break for two minutes.
The good thing about Kegel exercises is that there is no need for you to go to the gym. And there is no need for any equipment too. You can exercise your PC muscles anywhere, at home, in the bathroom, in the office and etc. No one would even notice you’re doing it.
Note that you won’t be able to see the results immediately after the exercises. It will take sometime, just like other muscles that you are trying to build. Persist with it and you will be able to see a significant improvement in controlling your orgasm and preventing premature ejaculation from spoiling your party.
Of course, if you can’t be bothered with doing these troublesome Kegel exercises, there are always supplements you can take to control your ejaculation. One of the better ones around is Climinax - read more about it here
