Between oral testosterone pills and testosterone injections, the injectables are preferable whenever it could be applied. Oral pills have the tendency to create abnormalities in the liver, usually elevating the liver functions. The down side though is that testosterone injections do not offer consistency in the hormone level that often result to fluctuations in the mood, energy and the libido.

Testosterone injections could also be inconvenient, as it will require constant visit to the fertility especialist for the injection.

Testosterone transdermal patch and gels are proving to be the most preferred choice. Testosterone patches, although a little more expensive have very little known side effects. It also provides a constant level in the consistency of hormones in the body.

Prolonged medication of fertility drugs doesn�t insure the success of the patient.
